Loss Of Innocence

There are so many ways to lose your innocence. Killing someone steeling or just lying can be cases for losing your innocents. Sometimes you have no control over it. Pony Boy was just a little kid when his parents died. After that, he had nowhere to go but to join the greasers.

I think just by joining the Greasers they do so many bad things. They steal even for things they do not need. They get into terrible fights. Sometimes, people die in a greaser fight. They jump people for their money. And they even carry knives.

Pony Boy and his friend committed a “hit and run”. The crime is running away making the hole, deeper. I do not know the bigger crime, was it the killing a soc or what happened to Pony Boys hair. The greasers might be the ones that burned down the church.

Many people choose to lose their innocence. But not Pony Boy .He was all reedy labeled when his parents died. Just imagine you are young and don’t have any idea what to do. Your parents are gone and your brothers are in a gang. Your goanna listen to our brothers. That is how boy pony lost his innocence. Innocence is so fragile. one slip and it is gone.
